Dear Sir or Madam , On June 17 , 2022 , I selected your accommodation for living in London .At that time,you told me that it had convenient furniture.

However

, a few weeks ago I found that while relaxing your furniture was not satisfactory.

For example

, a sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable for having a rest.When I lay down to sleep on the sofa ,it started creaking.It was a very high sound.

Moreover

, the fridge in the kitchen is very old for use. When I put the meal in it , the fridge did not freeze the food.

Then

drops of water dripped from it . Please change to a new one that does not creak and does not drop water . Because they are not as good as you said. If you change new ones

instead

In present days, some substitute medicines and treatments have been widely used by a lot of patients to solve their health problems rather than visiting their regular doctors. The cheaper option has become one of the reasons behind the popularity of alternative medicine among patients. Whilst, the drawback could harm some people.
