Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion

In recent years, some opinions suppose that experts have to devote themselves to the
nation
where they experience the training process. Some opponents declare that they should be chosen anywhere they want to start their careers.
This
essay will discuss two aspects of both two points of view. On the one hand, humans believe that high-skill individuals have a responsibility to contribute to the
nation
by providing them with education. In some countries , the government always makes the best conditions for students to support them in the training process. There are many scholarships for hard-working learners or policies for reducing tuition. A
nation
can only develop well if specialists in advanced fields practise in the country in which they receive grants from them.
Besides
that, the government will raise the fund from the tax collected from their incomes to help the
next
generations in the studying process.
On the other hand
, citizens argue that graduated individuals have the right to choose any
nation
where they want to settle abroad. Citizens tend to live abroad because of the higher living standards and better careers. In society, the right of humans is put at the top, we can not prevent them from deciding where they wish to work.
For instance
, America is regarded as a dream country because most people hope to settle abroad and start a career there. To sum up, professors should have accountability to build and improve the
nation
in which they train.
However
, they
also
can have the opportunity to select another country to work in based on their hobbies.
