you are planning to go and study English at a school overseas. you would like some information about their courses. Write a letter to the school. In your letter. . ask about the school . say what kind of accommodation you want . mention any special requests you have (for example diet)
Dear sir,
My name is alma Islam.I am from Bangladesh.I have enrolled on your college in advanced English.my course duration is three weeks.
This
course will be started on 7th march 2023.
On the first
side,I want to know some information about my course details like structure and syllabus.I would be very grateful if you send me details about the academy.moreover
,I want the arrangement near your institute because I don't like travel.I prefer to stay with my classmates because I think that it will help me to learn English like a native speaker. This
will lead me not only to improve my academic performance but also
help me to get my desired job. That is
why I expect to stay institutional shelter instead
of outside accommodation.
Lastly
,I want to ask for plant-based food.As I am a Muslim,I love to eat any halal food on my meal and also
have an allergy to pets, particularly dogs. Therefore
I would be happy to live in a house without domestic animals.
please let me know if the department can arrange my lodgement .I would be grateful for the facility with my special request.
Looking forward to your response .
Thank you,
Yours faithfully,
