You are doing an evening course.Write a letter to the principal of your school and explain that the course that you are taking is slightly different in the way it is delivered from what the school offered. Provide the details of the course Explain what the problem is Give some suggestions to fix the problem

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing with regard to a conversations
included in the English course which are not being done as promised by the school. Two weeks ago, I have been enrolled in your 5 weeks English Course and the contract was based on a schedule of 4 days of theoretical
plus one conversation meeting every Friday, in different points of the city
as pubs, museums, parks and so on. The issue is that all practical
were made in the library with colleagues of the same level as me, which harms the development of language skills because as students we do not correct each other, and there is no exchange and immersion in the culture of native speakers.
As a result
, the improvement is unsatisfactory. As the mistake was caused by your staff members which did not schedule the events, I strongly recommend you hold two conversation
in the following weeks, Friday and Saturday, to replace what we have missed and extra activity,
as a speech from a Univesity Lecturer, as a bonus to compensate
inconvenience. Looking forward to receiving your prompt response. Yours sincerely, Pollyanna Souza
