Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing

letter to request you to give me a short leave from work

due to

my family issues.

Firstly

,I would like to inform you with a lot of sadness that yesterday my seven years old daughter Jenifar fell down on the staircase

while

playing in the backyard and broke her right leg.

However

, Immediately my wife took her to the nearest hospital and the doctor sent her to the operation theatre for an emergency surgical operation.

Although

now she is out of danger later,they advised us to keep her in the clinic for at least one week until she

finally

recovered.

Therefore

,I can not come to work tomorrow and need to stay in the clinic with my daughter next few days until my other relatives are replacing me. To inform you,I will be away for three days to stay in the clinic and

then

my younger brother-in-law will come and relieve me. I would like to promise you that I will compensate those time by doing more shifts from evening to midnight after I return.

Finally

,I hope and believe you will consider my situation and grant me leave for three days. Yours faithfully, Abdullah
