A friend has written to you asking for advice about a problem at work. You have had a similar problem in the past. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter: tell your friend you understand the problem explain what happened to you in the past suggest a possible solution to this problem.
Dear Mary,
Hope
this
letter finds you in great health and mental peace. I've just got your letter, and I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Anyway, I think I can lend you a hand regarding the technical issues which may face you while
displaying a presentation since I suffered a lot from a similar one a month ago.
Let me first tell you that I totally understand how disappointing this
cripple is owing to the fact that it simply distracts you in the middle of your talk. Hence
, I totally lose my concentration and need to start from the beginning to get back on track.
Personally, I was in a very important meeting with some renowned business tycoons, and all of a sudden the screen went black due to
a problem with the monitor. For your information, not only did this
piss me off, but also
it made the attendees really angry.
Anyway, If I were you, immediately would I contact a reputable repair shop in order to get over this
problem quickly before you get in trouble.
I strongly recommend a small shop near the downtown gas station.
Should there be any queries, please feel free to contact me on my mobile.
Lots of love,
LailaChange the punctuation
