Many working people grt little or no exercise either during the working or in their free times and have healt problems as a result. Why do many working people do not get enough exercise? what can be done about these problem?

Most employees engage in small or no physical activities either during working periods or during their leisure hours. Medically, exercise is very good for a healthy life and living. Regular physical movements help in the proper flow of blood in our system
hence
, preventing diseases
such
as high blood pressure and obesity.
However
, in
this
era, people lack active performance
due to
the nature of their job. Many people may wonder why
this
is happening.
This
essay will elaborate on the reasons behind
such
acts
as well as
suggest solutions to eliminate
this
practice.
Firstly
, time is a major factor affecting one's attitude towards engaging in frequent physical motion. Individuals always have to report to duty as scheduled
therefore
forgoing exercise.
For instance
, in Ghana, there is a problem when it comes to our traffic. Many workers spend hours in traffic jams thereby reporting to duty late.
This
has made people develop a strategy of setting off to work at dawn when there are few or no cars on the roads.
This
vividly shows that one can not exercise before setting off to their company.
Secondly
, the stress a worker goes through at their job sites deters the working class group from performing physical activities even in their free period. Just imagine a labourer working from Mondays to Fridays with only Saturdays as their spare period. Of course,
such
artisans will rather use
this
hour to have a good rest rather than to involve in energy-consuming work.
However
, I believe that if the government construct modern and advanced transport system
such
as railways, dual carriage road etc, workers will no longer rush to beat the traffic but rather, they will spend quality time engaging in physical activities.
Lastly
, employers must reduce the workload on their staff. The lesser the workload, the more space one has to work out.
