Some people prefer to work for themselves or own a business. Others prefer to work for an employer. Would you rather be self-employed, work for someone else, or own a business? Use specific reasons to explain your choice.

The below essay is going to explain my opinion of two groups of people some are thought self-employed is the best thing

self-employment
gives an opportunity to explore themselves. let's say you want to give it a try of software development but you are not sure how it fits you.
Then
self-employment
is the best thing to do because you can
work
as a freelancer. mostly freelancer jobs have no contract or agreement or any type of commitment. you
work
for a considerable amount of time to understand whether it works for you or not.
In addition
to that
self-employment
has a few other pros
such
as flexibility of working timings and days off, you have more control over taxation and what type of insurance you want to take
whereas
in working for a firm, the
company
will provide insurance for you.
on the other hand
, Working as an employee has too significant positives.

Secondly
, you have the hierarchy of positions in a
company
from CEO to end staff. you will have the motivation to climb positions in a
company
to achieve something. In my ,opinion both it has own advantages, which one fits you completely depends on the individual and their choices in life.
