To Whom It May Concern, I am writing
this
letter to inquire about residential properties on sale in Mississauga, Ontario.
Firstly
, let me introduce myself, I am Sandeep Kaur. I got my permanent residency in Canada a few months back, and I am planning to relocate permanently with my family to Mississauga before the end of 2023. In my family, we are four members, my husband and I, and we have two kids who are under 10 years of age. We are looking for a high-rise building from where we can easily access all public places
such
as hospitals, especially schools as both my kids are school-going.
Moreover
, it would be great if grocery stores and other amenities are within walking distance which can make our life more convenient.
Furthermore
, I would appreciate it if you can find accommodation near the city centre because my office is in the main building in
this
area. One more thing I would like to mention here is our budget, we are looking for a place between $4,50,000 to $5,00,000. I believe I had provide you with sufficient details that assist you to find a suitable home for us. I am looking forward to receiving a booklet of apartments on sale as per our requirements. If you need
further
information, please do not hesitate to write back to me. Kind Regards, Sandeep Kaur

The Greeting

Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.

Always start an informal letter in the ways:

  • Dear + name
  • Hi / Hello + name

‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.

For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:

  • Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
  • Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
