Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope
this
letter finds you well. I am writing this
letter to complain about the driver of the bus who was careless with my suitcase and it caused damage to it.
First of all, I will describe the trip for you. I was travelling from Cairo to Mansoura on the 25th of January, and I cannot remember the time precisely but the trip was in the evening. I think it is a confusing description until you know that the driver was blonde.
The suitcase is black and it is easy to see scratches on it and the lock is damaged so the driver did not make sure that it was in a stable place.
I forgot to mention that I am a regular traveller on this
line but this
is the first time to get this
bad experience, therefore
I request you to pay for a new one or I will escalate this
complaint.
