Some think that only those people who have worked for a company for many years should be promoted to a higher position. Do you agree?
In these recent years, people claimed that employees that worked for a few years should get promoted to be leaders, supervisors, managers and so on. I totally agree that
staff
that have specific skills and experiences should get offered by the company
. In the following paragraphs, I will explain my views on this
culture.
To begin
with, in an employee's vision which staff
has the skills in leadership roles should get promoted to higher positions
. The staff
that carries the knowledge and experiences within the company
, would have known the merit and demerit of the company
. For example
, When they received the

an
positions
, they don't need much time to explore the issues
behind the organisation. This
could help the company
look into the issues
more critically and assist the other colleagues to overlook the issues
from different perspectives. Therefore
, this
could bring benefits to the organisations.
Additionally
, the staff
who get promoted would be easier to collaborate with the new teams, because they have first-hand experience and could acknowledge the challenges of their previous positions
. Likewise
, if there have come mechanical issues
happen on floors the person who has experienced them could have more ideas on how to fix them before it has further
damage. Consequently
, they can advocate for their other colleagues and able to assist the team when challenges appear. In contrast
, they could help both parties and able to build stronger connections between the teams.
In conclusion, people who have the capability to handle issues
and assist others should get promoted and they do bring a lot of advantages to organisations. In my opinion, I strongly agree that people who have skills and responsibility for their work should get promoted to higher positions
