during the daytime It is relatively stable, my router could not receive any signals during night time ,especially after 10 o'clock. It is unfortunate for me to discover that not only was my household affected, but
also
my neighbours who are registered with your company have been troubled by frequent disconnection. A letter of complaint was not sent because people living here are mostly elderly and they are not familiar with the internet problem. I would appreciate it if your team would come up with a solution plan to solve the urgency. Many people are hoping that a well-trained technical support team would come to
this
