Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding a flight I missed with your airline
due to
 the negligence of your staff. I checked in to your business class lounge 1 hour before departure, and the receptionist assured me that she would inform me when the aircraft will start boarding. Unfortunately, the receptionist forgot to notify me and the plane departed. When I went to the gate, the staff refused to admit their mistake and
instead
 of apologizing, they blamed me for missing my flight. Because of
this
, I missed an important conference I wanted to attend, my absence made my manager very unhappy. I strongly recommend that you display accurate flight information on the screens in your facilities and train your team not to blame their errors on your customers. Yours faithfully, John.

To get an excellent score in the IELTS Task 2 writing section, one of the easiest and most effective tips is structuring your writing in the most solid format.     • Sentence 1 - Topic sentence
    • Sentence 2 - Example
    • Sentence 3 - Discussion
    • Sentence 4 - Conclusion
  • Paragraph 4 - Conclusion
    • Sentence 1 - Summary
    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
