The diagram below shows how to recycle organic waste to produce garden fertilizer (compost).
The given flow chart gives information about the way to produce garden fertilizer from recycled organic waste. Looking from an
overall
perspective, it can be seen that there are five main stages in the process, beginning with buying a plastic container and ending with using compost to fertilize the garden. The process of creating compost starts with the step of preparing a container made from plastic, which has a special structure with four open positions to let the air circulate and be able to contain up to 2 m3 components. Afterwards, waste, which principally includes newspaper, grass and food, is put in one by one to become a number of layers with a height of 15 cm. Once the previous step is finished, it turns to the third step, when nitrogen and hot water are used to blend all the components together before being overlaid so that the waste inside can be heated. After 6 months, compost will be produced and it
then
can be used for cultivating crops.
