The chart illustrates the amount of 5 different kinds of
jams
purchased between 2009 and 2014. Overall
, the sales of 4 jams
grow by different degrees. However
, only a plum jam loses its popularity with no sale in the end.
According to
the graph, there is growing consumption of most of the jams
being compared for the 5 years. The graph for strawberry and grape jams
has a sharp rise from 3 to 7 and from 0.5 to 4.5 respectively. This
makes the former the most popular jams
that are sold in 2014. In spite of the general upward trend, more fluctuation can be seen in the graphs for raspberry and cherry jams
. In fact, the former indicates some stability from 2005 to 2011 and from 2012 to 2014 whereas
the latter experiences a huge drop in 2011.
Nevertheless
, there is only one graph that demonstrates an opposite tendency throughout the whole period. The sale of plum jam continuously declines and eventually hits the bottom at 0 in 2014 from 2.5 in 2005.Submitted by mizuho_kondo117 on
