my opinion which is in the favour of former view will be discussed in a sensible conclusion. Initiating with the points supporting the first school of thought,

has become a global village so one should know what is happening around the

say that the Hong Kong government introducing national and international news as a subject at schools gave positive results.
Secondly
, the younger generation will know how the

is evolving and learn about the opportunities outside. In fact, having

knowledge at an early age helps them to set their goals. On the contrasting side,

who held another viewpoint say that international matters would be too much for tiny brains. They believe that children should focus on academic subjects.
Moreover
, the present curriculum itself is heavy to complete, so they should not be overloaded with international news
instead
youth should be encouraged to involve in physical activities which give them good health.
To conclude
, I would like to say that, knowing national and international affairs at an early age is required in

fast-paced
world
