Looking from an
overall
perspective, it is readily apparent that the major changes had been the addition of two roundabouts at the junctions of Ring Road
with Hospital Road
and City Road
in turn, and the building of a car park for the public on the east as well as
a bus station on the west.
In 2007, there existed a car park for both staff and the public on the southeast side
which was separated into different places in 2010: staff remained on the southeast side
while
the public had

The size and location of the hospital had remained unchanged as well as
