You travelled abroad and faced problems at airport. Write an letter to the airport manager and provide -your flight details -what is problem -suggest some improvements you want to see

Dear Sir, I am writing
this
letter to show my dissatisfaction regarding the service provided at the airport. My name is Arshdeep Kaur and I travelled from India to Canada
last
month on the 12th of February. My flight number was FB 046 and the arrival time was 12:45 pm. There were several problems which I faced during my journey but I will illustrate the major
one
so that nobody else has to survive through
this
one
again.
This
complaint is related to the luggage department. After completing all formalities, when I came to the baggage recovery station,
then
I found that
one
of my suitcases is missing.
Moreover
, the
one
I got, the handle of that
one
was broken, so it is really hard for me to carry it. I went to the Lost and Found department to generate a complaint but It was a lunch break over there. It is very irksome for the person who travels a sixteen-hour flight and
then
has to wait more at the airport without any fault. Even though it's been more than two weeks, still waiting for my missing bag. The lost and found department should work round the clock so that they can solve issues more quickly. There should be no lunch hour or at least someone should be there all the time.
Furthermore
, there should be proper training for the staff members to handle the luggage with care so that everyone can get their belonging in good condition. Hope you will consider my matter and try to solve it more quickly. Yours faithfully, Arshdeep

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
