Dear aunt Lillian, My company offer me an arrangement for a London visit as a bonus trip. After the news Suddenly your name pops up in my mind that you are living there for a long time. I am looking forward to seeing you during my trip. I will land at Heathrow airport on the 25th of April at 3.00 AM. There are some famous infrastructures and museums I have shortlisted in my itinerary. My stay will be only for six nights, and Returning flight will be on the 1st of May. As I have booked the Hotel near to your accommodation, but I want to spend some time with you at your convenience. I can spare about one to two nights if you are free.
Otherwise
, we can meet at any coffee shop for a moment. I know you have a hectic schedule, especially on weekdays. But one weekend is one during my trip.
In addition
, there are so many items from my mom that I must surrender to you. Cannot wait to see you. I will be waiting for your reply. Yours lovingly, Mandeep Singh
