Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform you of the severe damage to my luggage which I experienced
while
I was travelling as a passenger on bus Express 303 on 28 May, and I
also
request compensation for
such
damage. Allow me first to provide you with the specifics of the trip. One week earlier, On the twenty-first of May, I booked an e-ticket from your online platform from Cairo to Alexandria, and the ticket number was 20034. After that, I received a confirmation letter from your company notifying me that my transaction had been delivered successfully. In relation to the specifics of my suitcase, it was a handbag made of genuine brown leather with 2 large interior compartments and a zipped outside pocket.
Moreover
, it was of
such
significance to me since not only did it look trendy , but
also
it was a medium-sized bag that can perfectly suit my laptop.
However
, it was severely damaged when I placed it on the luggage rack
due to
a sharp needle which was pointing out from that rack. After I had reached the station, I realized that the bag had a large tear in the middle of it. As compensation, and given the fact that it was entirely the foul-up of your representatives who blatantly ignored checking luggage racks for the safety of your passengers' suitcases, I demand full coverage of the expenses of a new briefcase which would range from 50 to 60 USD. I implore you to take
this
concern seriously and thank you in advance for your prompt response. Faithfully, Saira Majggf
