I am writing
this
letter to you about my recent stay at your hotel. Yesterday, I had a meeting celebrate at your hotel from about 7pm to 9pm. I had come to the front desk to ask about contact for my company when we need to organize some meeting or party because I and my staff really impress on the decorate at your hotel. Unfortunately, I had forgotten some vital documents at reception. I put my papers in a clear bag which had the headlines: Project, it is really important to me and my business because we need it for our meeting tomorrow which can decide whether my company be saved and these papers are the key to helping our business.
I hope that you can help me as soon as possible to find them. When you find them please call me at 09***789 or by email. I will come and take it as soon as I receive your reply

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
