It is believed that getting
children
to read can be extremely challenging these days. This
challenge is caused by adrenaline releaser activities and can later lead to society’s lower per capita book reading. Some possible solutions to the problem mentioned above will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
Due to
the development of technology, more and more children
are being attracted to VR (virtual reality) and video games which can release a high dose of adrenaline. By this
phenomenon, activities like reading that cause lower levels of this
hormone in their blood can be exhausting for them. As a result
, they refuse to spend their time
reading books
.
One way for solving this
problem is to teach balance to the young generation. This
means we should show them the different aspects of life and how they can take control of each one on their own. For instance
, spending enough time
on school activities, family and entertainment can be good practice for children

way, they can get along with
having a balanced life from an early age.
Another solution to the mentioned problem is being a good role model for children

means as their parents we should practically prove that books
are our best friends. For example
having a small library at the corner of the house, discussing stories and ideas from time

, and going to bookstores together on the weekends are some ways to keep them interested and motivated when it comes to reading books

In conclusion, although
it seems hard to get the young to read these days, there are ways to make a connection between their minds and books
