Some believe that professionals should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish.

anywhere they want. In my ,mind they should have the authority to go abroad from their country

on the one ,hand it's the right of the country
's people
that gain
benefits from people
who have an education in their country
. much money has been spent until a student reaches the doctorate and engineering level and people
of that country
afford these costs as tax. so people
should use these results. for ,example my cousin is a doctor. After he graduated from university, he decided to stay in Iran and job here. his progress was awesome and many patients refer to him. Last
month he won a prize for his efforts in medicine and also
served his fellow citizens. he has this
view that I grew up in this
country
and should serve them.
on the other ,hand some people
believe that it's the right of each human to work
anywhere they wish. the people
are free and we can not restrict them because this
restriction causes them to avoid their abilities and cannot do their best. in ,addition going to other countries can give specialists this
point that they can gain
more experience and reaches more ability at their job. so it has a great advantage for all people
worldwide. besides
, they can transfer their information and skill to others. For ,instance my friend was an engineer. he decided to immigrate to Germany. he has been working there. He can gain
more knowledge rather than here and also
his abilities and knowledge grow up because he is in enormous communication with foreign engineering.
in ,conclusion however
, creating a high cost to become a doctor or engineer in a country
and having a similar language or culture and a familiar field, I personally believe that experts should have the freedom to go the other countries to gain
more wisdom and improve in their job, plus share their knowledge with other people
