There is growing sentiment related to ethics and social
responsibility
 in running a
business
. From my perspective, I believe both of those
elements
 play an important role in managing and operating the
business
, and in
this
 essay, I will discuss it clearly.
To begin
 with, there are two main
elements
 that are really significant in the ethics aspect. First of all, trustworthiness can be shown by product marketing.
Companies
 need to ensure transparency and realism in its advertisement.
Besides
, they need to ensure the good quality of products to build trust and maintain customer satisfaction.
Secondly
, taking care of employees is one of the most necessary
elements
 in running a
business
. A good example is Google, it is rated as the best company to work for in America. The reason why they can achieve
this
 success is that they provide an ideal working
environment
. Their
environment
 can be used for both work and relaxation. Google provides many special rooms to suit many types of working people, from that they can come up with new ideas and create higher productivity.
Besides
, they
also
 provide coffee shops, walking spaces, free food for 3 meals a day and unlimited snacks and candy. To continue with the social
responsibility
 aspect,
Companies
 show their
responsibility
 for the
environment
 through many protection campaigns and by maintaining environmental sustainability. A counter-example is Finland the country is recognized as having the cleanest air in the world by WHO in 2018. The reason why they can achieve it is that the
companies
 doing
business
 here have a good sense of environmental protection. Bus
companies
such
 as HSL, and Nysee in many big cities like Helsinki or Tampere have used electric buses to reduce emissions when running in the city, from that they can contribute to maintaining cleanliness and freshness in the city. For enterprises, strictly follow the rules on saving raw materials when producing, creating as little waste, turning waste into energy and minimizing the impact on the
environment
 as much as possible. In conclusion, I believe that both ethics and social
responsibility
 have equal importance, so if a company wants to achieve success, they need to focus on these
elements
.
