There have been some problems with the bus service, especially its reliability, in your area over the last two weeks. Write a letter to the manager of the bus company. In your letter • describe what the problems are • explain how these problems are affecting you • suggest what you would like the company to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I Naga Swetha, often commute to work from SR Nagar to Hitech City in your
bus
service. Not only me, most people often travel in the same
bus
to reach their destinations and thank you for providing great service.
However
, for the
last
two weeks, the
bus
is arriving late and
also
frequent breakdowns are happening on the road
while
travelling. The main issue is, the
bus
is coming 30 minutes late to the stop, because of which the number of passengers getting into the same
bus
has increased.
Consequently
, the
bus
is overcrowded and many people are standing in the aisle. The second one is the
bus
is stopping in-between,
due to
engine breakdown. Because of these problems, mainly working employees are getting affected as they arrive late to work and are frustrated. I would like to suggest changing the
bus
and
also
kindly provide more frequent buses at the same time. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully. Naga Swetha.
