The product you ordered through online shopping has been delivered but has some problems. You are writing a letter to the seller to complain. In your letter • Describe the details of the problem • What do you want the seller to do • What will you do if they do nothing Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear ....,

Dear Madam or Sir, I'm writing to report about some issues with a smartphone that I purchased from your online shop
last
week. Actually, I have been supplying all my needs from your online store for five years. I was very satisfied with my previous purchases until my
last
purchase. The smartphone that I bought from your online shop
last
month has some issues. Its touch screen is defective.
Moreover
, I ordered red, but the product I received is white. There is a price difference between the two products. The red smartphone is more expensive. Unfortunately, I did not get a positive result from my previous conversations with your sales representative.
This
situation made me very sad. As I am exceedingly dissatisfied with
this
trade, I would like to request a refund for
this
purchase. I expect that you take appropriate action;
otherwise
, I will have to inform Consumer Protection so they can resolve
this
problem. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. I look forward to your prompt response. Yours faithfully, Sinan Y

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
