In some cities, there are few controls on the design, construction of homes, office building, and the owners can decide on the styles of their houses. Do the advantages of this outweigh disadvantages?

In some towns, there are fewer rules on the architectural infrasture of homes, office buildings and design, so the owners have the freedom to construct their
house
in their own way. In my opinion, I would say that there are more disadvantages than advantages to
this
statement. Nowadays, in many countries, the
government
allows its citizens to build the
house
of their choice without restrictions.
Hence
,
people
feel contented to build the
house
in which they want. After a long time at work, when someone returned to his
house
, he feels well in his lovely home.
Besides
, I believe that when the
government
impose some laws on construction, it protects the environment and promotes sustainability. I believe that some countries impose laws for construction
such
as sixty per cent of the land should be the building and the rest is for green space. On the other side, when
people
construct savagely, houses next to each other without respecting the canalisation system for water evacuation, when there is heavy rain, the risk of flooding is high and we cannot blame the
government
for
this
. If
people
continue massive buildings everywhere, definitely it will destroy forests and the habitats of animals. In conclusion, I strongly believe that the
government
should impose some regulations for construction,
for example
, new constructions should be eco-friendly,
such
as using solar panels to produce electricity and do get hot water.
Furthermore
, green space and forests should be protected. The
government
should impose severe laws for
people
who do not respects norms
while
building a
house
.
