You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you about the foreign exchange student who joined our college recently.
As you are aware
this
pupil is currently stationed in my room and we are sharing it. As you know he is a student who came from India, and I am finding it quite difficult to live with him since he cooks all sorts of curry and spices inside the place which sometimes gives a bad odour.
I am facing all sorts of problems with this
student because it is hard to convey a message to him since we have a language barrier. Furthermore
, he is the kind of person who is disorganized and lives untidy. As a person who likes to be Immaculate, I find it really hard to be with him in the same area and this
affects my daily studies. He leaves his clothes on my table and once Two of my books got misplaced. ,Also
he plays loud music which makes it hard for me to focus on my studies.
As a resolution to this
incident, I would like to have a separate room for myself. I am currently facing this
issue due to
my room having Two beds, I would like to move into the single bedroom which has an attached bathroom.
I hope that you consider my request and kindly provide me with a solution.
Faithfully,
