we humans have
this
desire in us that makes us want to cling tightly to the habits that have grown in our daily lives be it wrong or correct.
This
is where the difficulty of changing begins;as we want to remain still in our places,sometimes we are put in situations that change unescapable and so are the challenges. The first reason for
this
problem as we mentioned in the first paragraph is our natural urge to stay still in our comfort zone. As for the second reason we can point out the time and places when these changes appear.the person in that situation might be going through a difficult time in his or her life so
this
obstacle will be something more than what they can cope with in the meantime. The third reason for facing problems when you are trying to adapt is the personality of the person and the empowerment where she/he has grown up.some people can become more fragile and tender against these kinds of problems
while
some people adapt much quicker and actually enjoy challenges. As for the solutions to
this
, problem there are many ways to suggest but in my ,opinion one of the best ones is trying to stay calm and keep your cool. Yoga and swimming are two exercises that help you to get your thoughts in order. The second way is to collect information about your problem. Social media is the fastest way to do that. You can use other people's life experiences and compare them to yours. If any of the solutions above don't work just give yourself some time to overcome the difficulty and take it easy;and remember that you are stronger than you think.
