Nowadays many people complain they have difficulties getting enough sleep. What problems can lack of sleep cause? What can be done about lack of sleep?

Sleep is a vital part of the biological system of the human

gets relaxed, which is as similar as we charge our phone battery after the device gets drained . Lack of sleep causes many problems in the human system.

fewer sleep hours. Our consciousness gets affected if don't have proper sleep, even our eyes start getting blurred vision. Mental growth decreases by not receiving enough sleep. The step which can be done to avoid the absence of sleep are as follows; a person should have a balanced lifestyle in which he or she gets proper sleep. Avoid using mobile, television, tablets and computers for late hours.Try to do fewer late-night jobs

as office tasks or household trials. We should avoid late-night travelling and hang out with friends. I use to improper have a bad lifestyles in my college activity, which lead to becoming an insomniac.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation
