of Norbiton hasn't been having any public space and services such
as a playground and school for the children, shops for entertainment and a medical centre, however

The future plan included some changes about the number of housing and their placement, reducing the housing by merging them, also
making some of them closer to the town and adding new trajectories to the crossroad
in order to alter to have a sub crossroad
.
Between the main crossroad
and the sub-one, there will be shops and a medical centre. In the farmland area
, there will be one big housing, which has a path that crossed the river to reach the other side of it.
On the east side, most of the public service development will take wider space of the area
. On the west side, the shop centres will take placement which is near to the crossroad
and the housings too. These changes will make the town area
