A friend has offered you some work in his company. You are currently employed and not able to start for three months. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
Dear Joe,
Hope everything is good at your end. I am
also
good here. I just got your letter; I am so excited to receive it.
From ,the letter I came to know about the job offer from your firm. You know what this
offer means to me. Your organisation is one of the top-ranked companies in the industry. With your hard work you have achieved that position, and I really want to work with you.
I really consider myself as lucky on receiving this
offer. But before two weeks I started working for a new company as a Project Manager. There are five people working under me. At this
,stage if I quit this
job it will also
affect their career and future.
In this
situation quitting the job is not right. After completing the project I can join your group, which will take approximately three months of time. So, for now, I request you to hire a suitable candidate instead
of me. After three months I will join you if there will be still a vacancy for me.
Hope you understand my position.
Yours Loving Friend,
