There are two schools of thought when it comes to
happiness
. On one hand, some believe that
individuals
are fully responsible for their own
happiness
and that they can
control
their emotions and reactions to life's challenges.
On the other hand
, others argue that
happiness
is influenced by external
factors
such
as relationships, financial stability or health. Those who believe in personal responsibility for
happiness
argue that
individuals
have the power to choose their attitudes and
behaviors

crucial to recognize the role of external
factors

happiness
. It is important to acknowledge that some circumstances in life may be out of our
control
and may require assistance from others or professional help. Ultimately, I believe a balance between personal responsibility and recognizing external influences is necessary for achieving lasting
happiness
.
