In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

For generations,
people
have lived on their own land, grown their own food, and work in communal societies. But after the urbanization phenomenon,
people
have started to move to the city centre and leave their land to start a new life in a city. Even though it is more expensive to buy their own
house
,
people
still choose to purchase a
property
rather than
rent
a
house
. Many
people
still believe that living in their
house
is more important than living in
rent
. In
this
essay, I will break down the reasons why
people
still have that belief,
while
I think it is a negative situation as it
also
reflects how the legal system in

lacks. The reason for

live in their homes is that
people
will be feeling more secure living in their own houses because they will have full authority over the properties.
Moreover
, it will
also
make them easier to settle in the environment to grow their own family and communities.
For instance
, they could build communities with regular activities in their neighbourhood. They even could put their children in a similar school so the children will be able to grow together.
This
only applies when they are able to make sure that they living in the same neighbourhood for a long time period.
Hence
, it will not likely happen if they live in a rented
house
as it is almost impossible for
people
who
rent
a
house
to live in the same
house
for a long time. The first reason is the lack of legal protection in the
property
renting system. It is not only affect the
property
owners but
also
the renters. Many conflicts happened because of the absence of proper agreement between the
owner
and the renter, even when there is one, it is easy to abuse the agreement. Even though there are many
property
agents, renting directly to the
owner
still becomes popular because the price will be cheaper, but it

will lead to serious problems

out anytime. It is not a good situation because the government could not make and ruled legal protection for both the
house
owner
and the
house
owner
as it will lead to uncertainty and insecurities. The problem of getting easily moved out will be reduced if there are legal agreements in the transaction, and anyone who abuses it will get a penalty. And another example of government involvement is pricing regulation which could control the range of prices. In conclusion, uncertainty is the biggest reason for
people
to choose to buy their own
house
rather than live on
rent
. As long as the government could not handle
this
negative situation,
people
will continue to suffer before they are able to buy a
property
.
