An old friend of yours is coming to visit your city. You had planned to meet him at the airport, but something has come up and you will not be able to make it there on time. Write to your friend. In your letter Explain the situation Offer to make alternate arrangements
Dear Shizune,
How are you doing?
This
is your friend Amanda. I am writing this
letter to inform you that I am not able to pick up you from the airport on time . In view of the fact that I took leave from the hospital for one day to meet up with you but whenever I came out of my house and start my car I had a call from the hospital. and they told me that they need me due to
an emergency. Despite being off I am late for 30 mins to 1 hour because I am not sure how much time it takes in the hospital. Secondly
, In the front wheel of my car, it is punctured and the repair man told me it takes more extra 30 mins so I am late approximately 1 and a half hours.
I hope you don't mind and understand the situation. Please come out from the first gate and wait for me at that place.
Yours truly,
Amanda.Submitted by kaverigoti2209 on
