91.Countries with a long average working time are more economically successful than those countries which do not have a long working time. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some representatives of modern society argue that countries with longer working hours have achieved greater economic success than regions with shorter working hours. From my perspective, I absolutely support
such
a statement and will reflect on my own views on
this
issue in order to confirm my core position.
On the other hand
, it is evident that diligent individuals accomplish remarkable feats.
Furthermore
, these achievements have had a favourable impact on national indicators.
For example
, the vast majority of the population on the Asian continent spends most of their time at various workplaces. As
such
, they are punctual, highly qualified, organized, and
work
for their country.
Therefore
,
this
industrious process has an impact on the economic development of the region and triggers certain social repercussions
such
as improving human living standards or reducing unemployment. So, I believe that one dedicated individual can significantly contribute to the economic development of their community.
On the other hand
, some experts claim that short-term
work
has many disadvantages for a country. At
first,
with plenty of free time after getting off
work
, employees could spend their evenings at restaurants, bars or shops.
Secondly
, employers usually do not offer high wages to employees who
work
part-time or only spend a few hours at the workplace.
As a result
, people run the risk of running out of money by the end of the month. I believe that these issues have a detrimental effect on the national economy and may result in adverse outcomes like poverty or social unrest. Having said all that, I would like to emphasize that
this
tendency is subjected to criticism after discussing the most relevant points on
this
issue.
However
, the government must decide for itself how much of the working day local communities can effectively
work
. In my opinion, the day should be divided into convenient periods that are suitable for everyone, including both leisure activities and
work
processes.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
