Sweden

UK

, accounting for 55% and 82% respectively,

whereas

only 22% of the hazardous

waste

is applied to

this

method

in the

Republic

of

Korea

.

Although

incineration is the tertiary

method

in

Sweden

, comprising 20% of the total, it is still two times higher than that in the

Republic

of

Korea

. The

UK

rarely handles

waste

by fire, only accounts for 2% of dangerous

waste

are treated

this

way. In fact, recycling is the most common way in the

Republic

of

Korea

as more than two-thirds of the

waste

products there are recycled, having a significantly larger proportion than that of

Sweden

, which only accounts for a quarter. The
