You live with a roommate at university, but you have trouble studying because of a problem related to your roommate. Write a letter to an administrator at your university and include: Who you are The problem What you suggest they do
Dear Mr. Jose,
Hope you are doing great and in radiant health.
This
is Nav, a first-year student in the Chemical Engineering department. Currently, I am residing in the student residents on a sharing basis. However
, I am facing numerous problems in the shared room.
To begin
with, my roommate is a student in the art department. So, most of her study work is practical. Therefore
, she always plays music while
studying which gives me a very hard time during study. Moreover
, I cannot sleep properly because her classes start in the afternoon because of that she goes to bed at late night, while
, I have morning classes.
Therefore
, I request you to come forward and tackle this
situation. Either you can tell her to use headphones while
playing music and turn off the light at a time or allot me a single seater room. So, that I can concentrate on my studies and sleep properly.
Awaiting your response and let me know if you have any concerns.
Your
faithful,
