Fast food is a part of life in many places and as a result, this leads to bad effects in lifestyle and diet. To what extent do you agree?

Nowadays people live in a chaotic environment, where everything is easily accessible.
Although
we can reach, whatever we need or desire, we actually do not give the necessary effort into our needs. We spend a long time at work trying to make more money, but
at the end
of the day, we spend our salaries on fast food and other easy-access goods. I partially agree with
this
opinion
due to
the reasons which will be discussed in the following paragraphs. On the one hand, we leave in big cities, with great transportation, and telecommunication, and we have marvellous lives. We spent time with our co-workers, we see our friends for a drink or a coffee in the afternoon, and we believe that nothing can happen to us.
On the other hand
, we pay no attention, to our health, diet habits and lifestyle. Looking for a bit in my daily agenda, I cut myself, wake up very early in the morning, dress up in beautiful clothes, and start my day, with a cup of coffee. The stressful rhythms of work, disallow me for a good homemade breakfast or even a well-balanced lunch. By the end of the day, I feel so exhausted that only a quick hot plate of dinner is the only I want.
In addition
, a fast food meal is my only backup. Even though, if I want to make a walk to the park, or stop by the gym, I cannot.
In contrast
, if I have ever the opportunity, to move to a small city will be a great present for me and my health. Living simply, without stress and might be a ladder to a healthy and better lifestyle.
