People are responsible for their happiness. Others feel happiness depends on other factors in their life. Discuss both views and give your opinion?

There are two ways of considerate
happiness
, some
people
are responsible for it
while
others just directly relate their
happiness
to external
factors
in their lives. There is no correct answer about
life
, there are only different points of view.
However
, in my experience, I consider that
happiness
depends strictly on us as every
person
is responsible for their own
life
. To start with,
people
who consider themselves a priority in their lives are much happier, and
that is
why they recognise themselves as responsible for their own
happiness
.
For instance
, it has been claimed that
people
who can control their lives without thinking about what
people
could think about them, are able to build their own joy and ease, living a greater and happier
life
. In
this
sense, being empowered and trusting in yourself makes you a better
person
, which
also
leads to
happiness
and plenitude.
On the other hand
, there are
people
who grew up considering themselves

victims, which implies emotional dependence on different things, and
happiness
would not be the exception.
For example
, statistics show that the majority of young
people
blame their parents or childhood to explain why they are not living the
life
they have always wanted
instead
of being honest with themselves and recognising them as adults who can choose differently.
Subsequently
, many
people
become emotionally dependent on diverse
factors
such
as relatives or even jobs, being these ones the main reason for their emotional situation. In conclusion,
happiness
could be a result of the right decisions taken in a
person
’s
life
as well as
the consequence of other
factors
in a
person
’s
life
. In the first case, the
person
is responsible for his
life
whereas
in the second case, the
person
is depending on other
factors
to be happy. In my opinion, even If there is no right or wrong
happiness
, I believe that taking control of your
life
and being responsible to build your own
happiness
represents a better way of living as brings you more joy and ease.
