Many people try to achieve a work-life balance but fail. Why is this happening? What can be done to help people overcome this problem?

In
this
competitive world, Work has occupied more than half of the day and living a relaxing
life
has to wait till it weekend. Mostly
due to
financial constraints and the high standard of living as cause
this
problem. Which will most likely put an adult into depression if any necessary steps are not followed for maintaining a work-
life
balance. I will examine the problem and provide solutions for it. High inflation is one of the problems which has created
this
issue, followed by living a materialistic lifestyle. In today's era, people tend to purchase expensive things just to make themselves superior over others which leads to an unfamiliar financial crisis and overtime working
hours
are
then
included.
Thus
, what happens is most individuals fail to create a balance between enjoying their
life
rather than slogging their
hours
in offices for maintaining a flattering lifestyle.
On the other hand
, the majority of the public doesn't seek to make a boundary between their professional
life
and personal
life
.
Such
as attending calls after working
hours
will distract and take away the time which was supposed to be spent on themselves perhaps the same
while
working on office
hours
spending the time on personal
life
will be unfair as well. That's why it all comes down to finding strict boundaries which will help them overcome
this
issue. To succinctly summarize, Avoiding a flattery lifestyle and rather living a
life
of modesty where people don't care about others but themselves and creating a boundary between working
hours
and personal space-time will benefit individuals in sustaining a proper work-
life
balance.
