Dear Valeria,
How are you? I hope you are doing well and having a great time away.
Yesterday a small incident happened - I accidentally dropped your favourite flower vase and your special highlighter fell with it.
So everything happened that I came to see if the apartment
is
okay and I did not turn on the light in your room, being in the dark I hit the table - causing the accident that happened. I feel terrible about it and want to make amends.
I apologize profusely for what happened, as an apology I would like to make it up to you by replacing both the vase and the highlighter . If you let me know where you bought them , I can either order a replacement or reimburse you, whichever you prefer.
I’m really sorry for the mishap. Please let me know how can I make it right.
