the government particularly the department that concerns about health should make ways how to help their constituents' life be better.

fast-paced world we are living in, may we always make sure to take care of our bodies. There are a lot of places for you to do it, so make use of these. But, it is through the power of mindset and dedication you will be able to achieve the desired health condition with or without equipment.
