The chart above illustrates the employment rates of two genders in Canada, South Korea and Sweden in 2005 and 2015.

, the amount of men who go to work is more than ladies . As a trend, the percentage of women not going to work decreased sharply during

period, at the same time the rate of males shows a mild fluctuation too. It's clear that in 2005, the working rates of males in the three countries are approximately double those of the females ones, the account for females are about 38%,30% and 45% respectively. But when time flows to 2015, a few more men in Canada and South Korea went to work
while
the numbers of Sweden men become less than in 2005, from 78% to 70%. To contrast, female employment rates increased in all three countries, especially sharply for Canadian women, from 38% climbs to 55%. But in the other two countries, unlike the phenomenon in Canada, the rating rises gradually.
