Martin
DOB: 25 July 1935 Dear
Nurse
in charge, I am writing regarding
Ms
Martin
's case, she was admitted to our facility
due to
Angina followed by Angioplasty procedure. She is now ready to be discharged and will require pos operative care management and support.
Firstly
,
Ms
Martin
was assessed by the cardiology team and underwent a surgery procedure. Dispite her medical history of several conditions related to heart disease, the surgery went as expected. During the nursing management care,
Ms
Martin
was able to recover well post operative, tolerating intakes.
Although
, she has bruises on the catheter site, it is clear from signs of infection.
Moreover
,
Ms
Martin
expressed a bit uneasy about returning home, which highlight the question on wheather she will be able to cope with the recovery process at home.
Secondly
,
Ms
Martin
had additional support from a Dietitian, which was already referred by the doctor, and
also
a Physioterapist, who created a plan of 15 min walk exercices per day.
Additionally
, she will need regular visits from the
Nurse
to monitor other conditions that might appear, related to surgical wound.
Although
Ms
Martin
care plan include receiving regular monitoring by the specialists, it is crutial to have regular
nurse
visits to monitor the adherence to pos-operative instructions on medication, exercise and food intake. Please note that
Ms
Martin
is probably experiencing social isolation, caused by the lack of family participation and she
also
feels anxious about health, with tendency of focus on the problems rather than solution to the issue. Sincerely,
Nurse

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
