Some people think that all lawbreakers should be taken into prison, while others believe that there are better alternatives (for example, doing some work or learning some skills in the community). Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In today's
society
, justice has become a matter of significant concern. Some
people
argue that
criminals
should be reintegrated into
society
while
others believe jail is the best solution to reduce the
rate
of
crime
in
society
. In
this
essay, I will examine both perspectives before presenting my own opinion. On one hand, those who support recovery as a practical method argue that these kinds of
people
who commit a
crime
for a reason should be participants in
society
because they have witnessed discrimination and disparities in front of other individuals for a long time.
As a result
of these cruel behaviours, they would show more aggressive and offensive attitudes toward others.
For example
,
people
hold biased attitudes towards
criminals
because the vast majority of
criminals
have bad backgrounds and suffer social exclusion and socio-economic status and they can not be understood
as well as
a person who has successful
education
life and good living condition.
This
suggests that
education
is promoting behavioural change and reducing repeat offences and
also
increasing public safety.
On the other hand
, proponents of taking to jail have asserted that punishment is the best method to reduce
rate
of the
crime
in
society
on the grounds that a huge amount of effort is needed in order to rehabilitate
criminals
and it is a burden for the government. An illustrative case is
according to
the
last
research, some
people
tend to commit a
crime
due to
biological considerations
such
as mental illness that could not be solved by
education
or treatment.
Thus
, rehabilitation would not be seen as a deterrent method to reduce the
crime
rate
among
criminals
. Having considered both perspectives, I firmly believe that with a feasible ,rehabilitation
criminals
could find a place in
society
.
For instance
, the governments should provide funds to create rehabilitation and
education
centres to reintegrate
criminals
and
then
diminish the
rate
of the
criminals
In conclusion, the issue of punishment has valid arguments from both sides.
Nevertheless
, after weighing the evidence, I am convinced that these
people
should be educated
according to
the sustainable solution.
