An increase in the average weight of people became a very concerning issue in recent years since it can lead to several health conditions. There are a lot of factors that contribute to this problem, bad diets and lack of exercise are among them. The question is, what are the reasons for people in modern-day society to adopt such an unhealthy lifestyle, and solutions should be used to tackle this problem, I will elaborate more on this topic in the following paragraphs.
