Describe an interesting neighbor. You should say: Who he/she is? How did you know him/her? What do you do together? And explain why he/she is interesting.

I'm going to talk about Huy, who was a former neighbour of mine back in the day when I go to Hanoi for studying at university. So, we've known each other for donkey's years and I think we first met in 2010. We were the same age
as well as
studying at the same university,
therefore
, we really hit it off from the start. He is a person I can share everything with and that's the reason I adore him so much. He is cheerful, attractive, and optimistic. He is simply gorgeous with a bright and charming skin colour and slim body. He's arguably the most intelligent man I've ever met, I mean he's sharp, really sharp. He's pretty gregarious but very focussed. Anyway, he left his company to set up his own business, and he made a real success of it. He went from being one man to now having a team of 50 and being known as one of the leading technology firms in his area.
However
, what I liked about talking to him was his optimistic attitude and genuine interest in getting to know me. He was easy to chat with and had fantastic humour. It was pleasant to encounter someone who was so open-minded about their career and life that they were ready to share their knowledge with others. So as I said, I feel extremely proud of him, because he deserved to do well. I am sure he will continue to grow and do well. It was a delight to meet someone who was both motivating and enjoyable to be around, and I'm happy to have
such
a neighbour and
also
a friend!
