In many countries, traditional foods are being replaced by international fast foods. Many people think that it is good to eat traditional food while others believe that fast food is a good choice. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Nowadays, some countries report that many

. One of the reasons is cooking fast

 is faster than traditional meats, and other reasons can be about prices because fast

 are cheaper than traditional

 essay, we try to compare both opinions but I think traditional
foods
 are better than fast
foods
 because it is Nutrient-rich

 and has Local ingredients. On the one hand, some

 believe traditional
foods
 are the best choice for a Balanced diet so, they encourage other

 to eat traditional

instead
 of fast
foods
 because they blive fast

 can cause Foodborne illnesses and it is a bad habit in diet

, and individuals have to leave them.

 suffer from digestive Disease and numerous doctors think eating fast

On the other hand
, another group believes fast

 is better than traditional

 because It is more affordable and it is faster and easier to cook than traditional dishes.
For instance
, if you want to make pizza you will need chees, mushroom, a few chicken, Dough, pepper, sauce and other ingredients

 if you want to make Gheymeh(it is an Iranian
food
) you will need to Veal, paste, cobs, cinnamon, spices If you pay attention, you can easily notice the price difference. In conclusion, I prefer traditional
food
 because it is much better for my health, but sometimes it is not bad to eat
food
