, the trend of obtaining property in the range of period was increasing,

renting a house was decreasing. In 1918, people preferred to lease the settlement rather than mine it which peaked at 78% of domiciliary, but during the next almost 100 years, the trend significantly gained over a period of time until 2001 at 30%, but

it slightly lost in 2011 which accounted for 35% of family.
In contrast
, having a house has become a popular tendency throughout the given period. Starting in 1918, the chart rose dramatically which got 23% and higher until it peaked in 2001 which got 69% of homey. Even though after 10 years, the movement dropped to 65%.
However
, the trends crossed each other in 1971 which had the same result, which got a half percentage of the total number of households.
